About Me

Jen Lichtefeld is the founder of Blinque’s Butterfly Garden, a Cincinnati-based initiative born from her deep passion for pollinators and sustainable gardening. What began as a personal backyard project soon evolved into a thriving small business, where Jen breeds butterflies and moths while also offering live butterfly releases, educational rearing kits, and ethically sourced taxidermy art. Through Blinque’s, she champions pollinator conservation, encourages native planting, and provides hands-on educational experiences for all ages. Jen’s work reflects her commitment to environmental stewardship and her belief in connecting people to nature through beauty, science, and sustainability.
